Physical Properties-Aspect of object or substance measured without changing its identity.

Examples: Density, Boiling Point, Color, Mass and Strength.

Chemical Properties-Any quality that can be established only by changing a substance's chemical identity.

Examples: Flamability, Toxicty, pH balance, Heat of Combustion and Electronegativity.
